Due to work commitments today I had to fit my 90min training session in before work.  Alarm was set for 4:10 and on the bike for 4:40.

So with half a banana for breakfast  and a carb drink for on the bike I was ready.

What I had not figured on was how many times I was going to have to turn myself inside out!

Training this early is no easy thing 😮

But mentally  I am now feeling a lot stronger and with enough recovery these tired legs will soon be stronger too 🙂
