I have been cycling all my life and love the sense of freedom I get being out on my bike, the adrenaline of racing and the speed of time trials that’s all underpinned by the desire to improve my personal heath and fitness.
I have been racing competitively for over a decade and worked with coaches to develop my own skills as a cyclist and as a coach.
