Never is it more important than at the start of a new training plan period to Test yourself to establish your current level of fitness and training zones.       Here are the @StaffordRC riders undertaking their

own individual tests under the watchful eye of @ASCyclingcoach.  With a little help from the coach they will each be able to establish their own specific training zones which will ensure that in future training sessions they can work at an intensity appropriate for their own current fitness level and maximise their development as a rider
